PARK PLAZA LODGE, Los Angeles – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel has a vintage, mom and pop feel with modern and spacious rooms that are huge, clean, and very cozy, offering complimentary coffee. The service is amazing with super friendly and helpful staff, free parking, and good coffee in the room. The location is convenient for reaching tourist attractions and walking to recommended restaurants, situated in a busy neighborhood near cafes, supermarkets, and a lovely park. The dining experience includes cereals and is served by very friendly staff. The hotel offers a quiet setting and is a good value for money.

The hotel was okay overall, the rooms facing the street were a little loud although they never felt too hot. The room was rather shabby, with an uncomfortable armchair, an excruciatingly noisy bathroom fan, and fittings in need of replacement. The service was very nice and helpful, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was nice, walking distance to The Grove and close to museums and shopping. The dining options were limited, so I ended up eating outside the hotel. Despite some drawbacks, the friendly service and convenient location were highlights of my stay.

The location was also very convenient for tourist activities, being within walking distance of the farmers market and shopping mall. The dining experience at the world-famous seasoned fries diner was very good.
